How online payment works
- Locate your invoice number. It appears at the top of the invoice we emailed or mailed after your deposition or transcript order.
- Open the secure portal. Enter your invoice number and amount, then choose credit card or electronic check.
- Receive your receipt. A confirmation and receipt are emailed to you instantly for your records and accounts-payable file.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and electronic checks (ACH) through our secure online portal, card payments by phone, and paper checks by mail. If your firm uses a specific accounts-payable platform, let us know and we will work with it.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed on an encrypted, PCI-compliant platform. You never need to email card numbers, and no login or stored account is required to pay an invoice.
I can’t find my invoice number — what should I do?
No problem. Call our billing team at (973) 992-7650 or use our contact page and we will resend your invoice the same business day.
Can you provide a W-9 or set up firm billing terms?
Absolutely. We regularly work with law firms and insurers on standing accounts and net terms. Reach out and we will provide a W-9 and set up billing that fits your process.
